LITTLE FEE TRACT CONSERVATION EASEMENT STRENGTHENS THE ACE BASIN

Lowcountry Land Trust is excited to announce the conservation of the Little Fee Tract, permanently protecting 314 acres in the ACE Basin. The fully donated conservation easement, with 1.77 miles of direct river frontage along Fee Farm Creek, adds to the nearly 14,340 acres of protected land along the Ashepoo River and its tributaries safeguarded by Lowcountry Land Trust.
